Jonas Software acquires, manages, and builds industry-specific software companies globally. Jonas has acquired 100+ companies and currently has over 3,000+ employees.
Jonas is an operating group of Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI), a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CSU.TO). CSI has revenues of over $4 billion USD and over 20,000+ employees across the globe.
2007-2008
Jonas expands further into the Foodservice/Construction verticals
Jonas expands to 3 businesses in the Foodservice industry and completes another acquisition in the Construction vertical.
2009
Jonas enters the Fitness vertical
With the acquisition of EZ Facility, Jonas enters the Fitness vertical.
2011- 2013

Jonas acquired Pulse Club Computers, Club Caddie, QuickQube, and Contronics to date in 2020. Vesta Software Group is a fully owned subsidiary of Jonas Software.
2021
Jonas completes 8 acquisitions
Jonas acquires Bluestar Software, C-SAM, Easit AB, Invotech, Newline, AMT Sybex, the IP of MySkillChart and the Collection & Recovery business from FICO.
2022
Jonas welcomes Power2SMS
Jonas kicks off the year by acquiring Power2SMSLimited, a platform of communications that work with businesses to enhance their customer service through SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, voice, and much more.
